His primary responsibilities include precise colour evaluation, efficient stock management, and rigorous machine maintenance, ensuring everything runs smoothly and without a hitch.

Erineu, born in Guinea to a large family, moved to Portugal at a young age. Passionate about sport, he devoted many years to futsal, even representing the national team. He currently works as a coach, enjoys the strategy, analysing the game and leading a team united around a goal, thereby realising some of his own dreams. Deeply attached to his family and friends, who are essential in his life, Erineu has a calm, serene personality and is always in a good mood. In his spare time, he likes to stay at home, watch films and listen to music. From an early age, he showed a talent for building things, something often noticed by his friends. This skill led him to Viriato around 18 years ago, where he works building sets and assembling exhibition systems, facing challenges every day. Always willing to work and help, he is a key member of the team, recognised for his dedication.

Paulo liked computer games from an early age. It all started with a small console, which led him into the professional world, first on a visual level, in image processing, but his ability for logic and curiosity to understand how everything works led him into the world of programming. Today he develops backends for games and websites, exploring different languages and technologies, feeling motivated by constant learning and evolution. Repeating the same task doesn't interest him, and it's in innovation that he finds his drive. Describing himself as a true ‘nerd’, he values silence and quiet, enjoys a good book, film or surfing the internet. In his spare time, he plays games, watches films and goes for walks. He finds in the fusion of logic, creativity and innovation the meaning of his professional and personal life. At Viriato for over 2 years, he is an essential part of the team, always bringing new approaches.

Maria do Rosário is the warm soul who takes care of us every day and pampers us with her meals of unmistakable quality. Although her career has not always been in the kitchen, this is where she found her true vocation.
Each dish she prepares is an expression of affection and comfort, something we all feel at the table. Known for her openness and authenticity, she lives with her heart in her mouth, always ready for moments of good conversation and laughter. She loves hiking, exploring new destinations on holiday and spending time with her friends, especially on relaxed mornings having breakfast. But what really makes her happy, her greatest pride, is spending time with her footballer son and enjoying relaxing family moments.
Maria not only feeds us with delicious dishes, but also with her energy and vivacity, transforming everyday life at Viriato into something special and cosy for 14 years. -
Born in France, where she lived until the age of 21, Karine Henriques studied accountancy, but it wasn't in numbers that she found her true vocation. With a calm, patient and dedicated nature, she found fulfilment in caring for and supporting others.
In her day-to-day life, she appreciates quiet moments in her special corner, where she can find herself. She's a nature lover and enjoys going for walks in the fresh air, but she also appreciates Sunday afternoons with the family by the fire with a good film.
At Viriato she supports the production management of display systems and the assembly of technical panels. Her positive and collaborative attitude inspires confidence and makes her a key presence, not only for her ability to get the job done efficiently, but also for the impact she has on the working environment, promoting a culture of support and mutual respect. -
At Viriato for about 3 years, Diana Nuno is a vibrant presence. Passionate about challenges, textures and colours, which makes her bold and fearless, something she inherited from her mother. From an early age, the arts in general moulded her personality, bringing a bold approach to her work.
A sportswoman/athlete for some years, her love of team sports is reflected in her appreciation of strategy, discipline and a spirit of collaboration, which she also applies in the workplace, respecting opinions and ideas.
Passionate about travel and discovering new cultures and landscapes, it was this passion for mixing colours and textures that led her to develop a strong interest in interior design. Diana stands out for her creative ability to transform projects into reflections of her personality, creating unique environments full of life, where every detail conveys a message and provokes a striking sensation. -
José's communicative nature has always made it easy for him to learn languages, and he is fluent in several. His interest in travelling and discovering new cultures led him to the world of tourism. However, the allure with the new, the challenge, led him to the export sector, on a commercial level, allowing him to travel the world and experience different realities. Communication is the leitmotif of his career, inspiring him to take a new career path, but in the area of marketing and communication. He enjoys following projects and making them happen. In his leisure time, he finds pleasure in music and cookery, which, combined with his love of hospitality and communication, also led him to the world of catering.

Serenela is dedicated to creating 3D images for catalogues and digital media, transforming visions into reality and exceeding clients' expectations. Additionally, she designs V-Show spaces, an immersive virtual showroom, and works closely with the real estate sector and in the development of stands for trade fairs.
Serenela's curiosity and commitment to staying updated with the latest trends allow her to develop innovative and effective solutions, ensuring each project is unique and of the highest quality. -
Manuel Silva was born and raised in the world of graphic arts. From an early age, he showed a great interest in this field, and at the age of 18, he began his professional journey, embracing various challenges and responsibilities in the sector. Over time, he specialized in Photoshop and final image editing, areas that stand out for his precision and problem-solving ability.
He has been part of the Viriato Team for over 10 years and is known for his critical eye and keen attention to detail. For him, simplicity is essential in graphic arts, helping foresee situations and make the work more efficient and streamlined. -
With roots in South Africa and in Portugal since the age of 11, Filipe Mendes stands out for his adaptability, good humour and outgoing nature. With a passion for music and rhythm, he uniquely combines logical thinking with a creative approach, bringing an innovative perspective to projects. With a background in multimedia, he began his career as a developer but has been combining the creativity of web design with the logic of programming, developing websites that not only delight visually but also anticipate future communication needs.

Francisco Neto learnt from an early age the importance of solving essential day-to-day problems. This practicality has moulded his approach to work and awakened a resilient and determined spirit, leading him to a diverse career path. Working in areas such as packaging, photolitho preparation and pre-press, he developed a deep understanding of graphic production. However, his real passion has always been the challenge of solving and optimising processes. His technical side led him to turn to computer technology, where he found the opportunity to apply his skills in a more impactful way.
Today, he manages Viriato's entire digital data and information infrastructure, ensuring that it is always connected and operational. His ability to keep everything running smoothly makes him a silent pillar, allowing the team's creativity and innovation to flourish uninterrupted. -

Despite being a discreet and reserved person, he reveals an intense enthusiasm for discovery, continually testing new techniques, tools and approaches to improve the quality of each image and optimize processes.

Inspired above all by his grandfather, with one of his cameras he soon found his passion. Each video is an opportunity to capture more than a mo(ve)ment, it's an experience, the telling of a story. A perfectionist and patient, he doesn't rest until he's achieved exactly what he envisioned, looking for the best solution to translate his idea.
At first sight with a reserved personality, he proves to be creative and outgoing when he gains confidence. Enjoys spending time with friends, going out. But he also values time with himself, finding in silence and introspection the clarity he needs to nurture his creativity.

From an early age Joana wanted to be a vet, until one day a teacher told her she had a knack for drawing, so she took up art and never left it. The discovery of editorial design and visual composition shaped her path. She is a designer. She likes what she does, the creativity associated with logic and planning, what makes sense, the alliance of tradition and technique.
For rest and inspiration, Joana likes to travel and explore new places, but what satisfies her most is a quiet walk in nature, especially in the countryside, allowing her to connect with the natural world, renew her creativity and find serenity away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Her love of handicrafts, especially knitting and sewing, also defines her and brings her peace of mind.
